About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by PodPro Australia. Where we have a signed proposal, quote or service agreement with you, that document takes precedence if anything here conflicts with it.
Services and packages
Our published packages are starting points. Scope, deliverables, release schedule and level of support are confirmed in writing before work begins. Full Podcast Production and Complete Content Engine packages are based on a minimum six-month engagement unless otherwise agreed. One-off and bespoke projects are available by negotiation.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are indicative and may change. The price that applies to your engagement is the one confirmed in your quote or agreement.
Studio hire
- Studio time is booked in advance and charged from the scheduled start time
- Please arrive on time, as sessions cannot always be extended if a later booking follows
- You are responsible for the conduct of your guests while in the studio
- Equipment damage caused by misuse may be charged to the hirer
- Raw files are supplied after the session unless a production package has been agreed
Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling
Let us know as early as possible if you need to move a session and we will do our best to reschedule. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for ongoing packages are set out in your service agreement.
Payment
Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Ongoing packages are invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. We may pause work on an account with overdue invoices.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide on air and for holding the rights to any material you ask us to include. You confirm that the content you record does not infringe anyone else's rights and is not misleading, defamatory or unlawful.
Content ownership and licence
On full payment, you own the finished episodes and derivative content we produce for you. We retain ownership of our underlying processes, templates and production methods. Unless you ask us not to, we may reference your project and use short excerpts in our own portfolio and marketing.
Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. We cannot control their availability, policies, moderation decisions or how they distribute content, and we are not responsible for outcomes caused by changes on those platforms.
Results
We work to produce high-quality content that supports your marketing, but we do not guarantee specific audience numbers, download figures, search rankings, leads or sales.
Website content
Content on this website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and current but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount paid for the service in question.
